Marine Fishery Tech Program

Global Blue Economy Layout: Cross-Border Technology Deployment

By leveraging our state-of-the-art Liquid Quick Freezing (L.Q.F.) and proprietary Anti-Freeze Protein (AFP) technology, we have scaled our foundational food tech into a massive, multinational blueprint for sustainable marine governance and green cold chain operations.

Below is our strategic layout across key international markets:

1. Indonesia: The Fishery Technology Ark & KNMP Initiative

  • Strategic Joint Execution: We are actively executing the "Merah Putih Fishing Village" (Kampung Nelayan Merah Putih - KNMP) Phase II project across 35 strategic coastal locations from Sumatra to Papua, scaling toward a long-term milestone of 1,000 operational sites.

  • Infrastructure Integration: Backed by a 100-vessel fleet and local fishery cooperatives, we are integrating automated fishing technologies and highly standardized cold chain reception hubs to eliminate regional post-harvest waste.

 

2. East Timor: The ffenar Modernization & Green Energy Plan

  • Sustainable Infrastructure: We are deploying the "San-Jiao-Hu" solar-winged LED fish attraction arrays alongside a modular 3,000 to 6,000-ton green energy cold chain hub.

  • 100% Off-Grid Resilience: By engineering microgrids that combine solar arrays with second-life EV lithium battery storage (BESS), our operations run independently of fragile local grids.

  • Off-Season Arbitrage: This infrastructure allows us to secure massive sardine catches during the peak harvest season (July–October), storing them flawlessly via AFP technology to capture 100%+ price premiums during the off-season.

 

3. Thailand: Southern Aquaculture 2030 Smart Network

  • Smart Monitoring & Control: We have mapped out a comprehensive smart aquaculture framework in Southern Thailand to stabilize the nation's 500,000 to 600,000-ton annual shrimp output.

  • AI & Technology On-Site: Operations are protected by IoT water parameter sensors, AI-driven disease early-warning protocols, end-to-end digital traceability, and localized AFP validation testing for premium shrimp and fish fillets.

  • Value Acceleration: This network is meticulously designed to push export premium values up by 20% while ruthlessly driving harvest losses down below the 5% threshold.

 

4. Cambodia: The RCEP Aquaculture Gateway

  • Industrial Upgrading: We are leading the transition of crude wild-capture practices into environment-controlled, high-density Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS).

  • Energy Risk Hedging: To bypass high regional industrial electricity tariffs, we deploy localized solar microgrids. This allows us to fully leverage Cambodia’s 9-year corporate income tax exemption and maximize end-to-end supply chain margins.

 

5. Malaysia: First-Mile Premium Value Preservation

  • Harbor Pre-Cooling Deployment: We target the critical "first-mile" cold chain gap at fishing harbors across East and West Malaysia by deploying our AFP pre-cooling tech.

  • High-Value Species Sovereignty: This process locks in the flawless cellular structure of ultra-premium local species—such as Sarawak’s legendary Empurau fish and Sabah’s deep-sea tuna—safeguarding sashimi-grade quality for immediate export to elite global markets.

 

6. The Philippines (Bohol Province): Premium Grouper & Blue Crab Valuation

  • Eradicating Post-Harvest Losses: In Bohol, where up to 40% of wild marine catches are historically devalued due to inadequate refrigeration, we introduce our L.Q.F. and AFP infrastructure.

  • Eco-Friendly Logistics Shift: By replacing high-cost, high-carbon footprint live-fish transport with premium frozen-to-chilled logistics, we preserve the immaculate quality of wild groupers (Lapu-Lapu) and blue crabs, unlocking high-premium export channels to East Asia and the West.

Reasons for the plan

When work at sea is lighter and more certain, homecomings are more predictable—and the shoreline grows quieter, with less fear. We’re not making the ocean safe; we’re making each trip more controlled, efficient, and professional.

 

Who we are & why we help
We are an engineering and community partnership from Taiwan and the Philippines, working alongside coastal families. We begin with equipment because dignity and safety should be visible first: steadier hands, on-time returns, and shorter, calmer waits onshore. With those basics secured, income stabilizes—and future learning and upgrades become possible.

The low efficiency and high risk of injury associated with traditional fishing methods keep local fishers trapped in a cycle of high risk and low income, with families constantly hovering near the poverty line (SDG 1). Furthermore, the lack of basic cold chain infrastructure means that over 40%, or even more, of high-quality fresh catches are often discarded due to spoilage during transport or while awaiting sale. This results in significant food loss and waste (a direct challenge to SDG 2).
